L. Srinath Reddy

Managing Director

Srinath Reddy is the Managing Director of Raminfo. He is a highly accomplished technology professional with vast experience in various strategic and operational roles of enterprise building, mergers & acquisitions, global organizational restructuring and transformation/change management and business process re-engineering,. He has about 25 years of experience with combination of working with big consulting companies and various midsize companies.

He worked with McKinsey & Company, a premier global management consulting company for 10+ years in USA. Worked as Center Head – Hyderabad Offshore Delivery Center. And also, he was Executive Vice President – Operations & Strategy at mid-size IT Services Company. Instrumental in consolidating various India units to make a 500+ member India delivery organization

Next milestone that he envisions for the company is to achieve tremendous growth leveraging its delivery strength, robust services offering and innovative solutions. He sees that there is strong need in the market for the right-sized partner that can deliver solution and Raminfo is well-positioned to be that business partner for client that can not only deliver technology solution but can work in close collaboration with Government and Organization in achieving the business case.

He co-founded three technology companies and has been guiding start-ups and young management graduates. He is associated with Sri VidyaArogya charitable trust, a charitable organization to fund education and health initiatives.

He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB).

V. Anil Kumar Ambati

Non-executive Director

Anil Kumar Ambati is the Non-executive Director at Raminfo. He has about 30 years of rich experience in dealing with various profiles like Operations, Retail and Service functions etc., by serving a variety of industries. He had a renowned record in handling various profiles like Operations, Retail and Service functions nationally.

He was Vice President at Tata Group’sTata Teleservices in the retail business. Tata Docomo, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Teleservices, which spearheads the Tata Group's presence in the telecom sector across Pan India and offered services in GSM & CDMA Platforms. It had a strong workforce of 10,000 employees.

He was with Tata Teleservices for 14 years and had wide exposure in the field of Electronics and Telecommunications. With his strategic bent of mind and a keen eye for bringing out the best in the team, he led the Business to an approximately Rs.1,100 Cr during his stint of Head of Post Paid Operations for India in Tata Indicom, a subsidiary of Tata Teleservices.

He was trained in reputed Institutions IIM (C), ISB, Kellogs, Wharton and Tata Management Training Centre. This helped him in building strong Business models for various complex business situations. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB).

Mr. Tejeswar Reddy

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Tejeswar Reddy is a seasoned DevOps/MLOps/AIOps engineer with over 8 years of experience in the IT industry. An alumnus of BITS Pilani, Rajasthan, he holds an integrated M.Sc. in Physics and multiple technical certifications, including the AWS Solutions Architect – Professional.

He has worked with global organizations such as the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and CIBIL, leading DevOps initiatives, GenAI product development, training, and deployment. With deep domain expertise in banking, financial services, and ERP systems in the oil industry, Mr. Reddy brings a strategic and architecture-driven approach to enterprise application development.

He firmly believes that robust architecture addresses half the challenges in enterprise systems and that fostering employee innovation is key to organizational success.

Mrs. Sunitha Bora

Independent Director

Mrs. Sunitha Bora is a seasoned Company Secretary and Compliance professional with over 9 years of post-qualification experience, primarily serving listed companies. An Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), she also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Andhra University.

Her core expertise spans corporate compliance, listing regulations, and RBI guidelines. With a strong foundation in management and business administration, Mrs. Bora brings a well-rounded perspective to corporate governance. She is also adept in public relations, enabling her to foster and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.

Mrs. Sunita Choudhary

Mrs. Sunita Choudhary is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience across business operations, marketing, finance, and legal domains. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Rajasthan and brings a strategic and multidisciplinary approach to business leadership.

With a deep understanding of management principles, business administration, and strategic marketing, Mrs. Choudhary plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and operational excellence across ventures.

Mrs. Chadalawada Renuka Rani

Independent Director

Mrs. Chadalawada Renuka Rani is a seasoned legal professional with over 23 years of experience serving as legal counsel to various corporates. She holds an LLM from Osmania University and specializes in Contract Management, Corporate Governance, Litigation Management, Intellectual Property, and Arbitration.

Her leadership extends to serving on Institutional Ethics Committees and as Chairperson of Internal Complaints Committees. A thought leader in the legal domain, Mrs. Renuka Rani has authored acclaimed publications, including “Maintainability of Writ of Habeas Corpus for the Custody of Wife” and “History of Law Reporting in India”, both featured in the Madras Law Journal.
