Challenge
Tripura’s Directorate of Employment & Manpower Planning faced a daunting task: conducting one of the state’s largest public sector recruitment drives through the Joint Recruitment Board of Tripura (JRBT) to fill thousands of Group C and Group D vacancies. The mission was to deliver a fast, fair, and secure recruitment process for over 600,000 candidates across a geographically dispersed and infrastructure-light region.
Key challenges included:
Scale & Volume: 6 lakh+ applicants, hundreds of centers, and tight deadlines.
Logistical Complexity & Infrastructure Gaps: Many exam centers in remote and semi-urban areas with access to limited digital infrastructure.
Transparency Needs: Preventing malpractice, ensuring secure evaluation and grievance redressal.
Time Pressure: With no room for delays, operations had to be seamless across pre-exam logistics, real-time monitoring, and post-exam evaluation.
