Managing Director
Srinath is an experienced leader with over 25 years in the information technology and services industry. He is a results-driven business development professional and Indian School of Business graduate with a proven track record in operations management, corporate advisory, organizational development, and mergers & acquisitions (M & A).
Prior to joining Raminfo, Srinath has held leadership positions at multiple reputable organizations such as Mascon Global and McKinsey & Co., successfully managing large-scale operations and delivering IT services to a global clientele. His expertise in strategic growth and execution has played a pivotal role in scaling businesses and driving digital transformation.
V. Anil Kumar Ambati
Director
Anil is an industry leader with over 30 years of experience in operations, retail and service functions across industries. He was trained at IIM (C), Kellogg’s, Wharton and Tata Management Training Centre and also holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB).
Anil held leadership positions in many reputable organizations including serving as the Chief Business Officer at Square Panda India, Vice President of Tata Teleservices in the retail business, Head of Postpaid Operations for India in Tata Indicom among others. His strategic acumen and operational leadership continue to guide and strengthen our long-term vision and growth.
G. R. Aloria, IAS (Retd.)
Director
G. R. Aloria brings over 35 years of extensive experience in governance, infrastructure development, and public policy, having served as Chief Secretary to the Government of Gujarat. He holds a LLB from Gujarat University, B.A. Economics from the University of Rajasthan and served in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).
His expertise spans urban development, housing, transport, finance, and strategic project execution. His leadership and insights provide us with valuable guidance in areas such as policy alignment, regulatory affairs, and infrastructure expansion.
Sunita Choudhary
Independent Director
Sunita is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience across business operations, marketing, finance, and legal domains. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Rajasthan and brings a strategic and multidisciplinary approach to business leadership.
With a deep understanding of management principles, business administration, and strategic marketing, Sunita plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and operational excellence across ventures.
Sunitha Bora
Independent Director
Sunitha is a seasoned company secretary and compliance professional with over 9 years of post-qualification experience, primarily serving listed companies. An Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), she also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Andhra University.
Her core expertise spans corporate compliance, listing regulations, and RBI guidelines. With a strong foundation in management and business administration, Sunitha brings a well-rounded perspective to corporate governance. She is also adept in public relations, enabling her to foster and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.
Chadalawada Renuka Rani
Independent Director
Renuka is a seasoned legal professional with over 23 years of experience serving as legal counsel to various corporates. She holds an LLM from Osmania University and specializes in contract management, corporate governance, litigation management, intellectual property, and arbitration.
Her leadership extends to serving on Institutional Ethics Committees and as Chairperson of Internal Complaints Committees. A thought leader in the legal domain, Renuka has authored acclaimed publications, including ‘Maintainability of Writ of Habeas Corpus for the Custody of Wife’ and ‘History of Law Reporting in India’, both featured in the Madras Law Journal.

Pratap is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. He has a strong track record in business development, specializing in crisis management, equity research, capital markets, and strategic management.
As the Managing Director of multiple IT and financial services firms, Pratap has successfully led large- scale operations, built high-performing teams, and streamlined processes to drive business growth. A hands-on leader, he has effectively managed key global functions, including HR, finance, strategy, service delivery, operations, and project management, ensuring efficiency and long-term success.
P. Dhanasekhar Reddy
Senior Vice President
Sekhar is an industry leader with over 24 years of blended experience in technical, functional and business areas while holding leadership roles in strategic solutions consulting, product management and process engineering.
As Vice President at Raminfo, he leads missioncritical projects from ideation to deployment, specializing in IT service delivery, identity-access management (IAM), and digital transformation. He has also worked at reputed organizations such as IBM, Dell, Wipro, Simeio and emids among others. Sekhar combines strategic advisory skills with hands-on leadership to deliver solutions that scale efficiently and uphold quality standards across government and enterprise initiatives.
V. Maheswara Rao
Chief Financial Officer
Maheswara Rao is a highly accomplished financial leader with an MBA in Finance and over 30 years of experience and deep expertise across manufacturing, FMCG, and the energy sectors.
He has led strategic finance functions at leading firms like Bambino Agro, KSK Energy Ventures, and Mytrah Energy, managing multi-state energy portfolios and large-scale infrastructure projects. Known for his strength in financial planning, regulatory compliance, and risk governance, Maheswara Rao has built robust financial systems and driven high-impact business outcomes. His leadership continues to support Raminfo’s financial resilience and long-term growth across its expanding digital and energy-focused portfolio.
K. Kiran Kumar Reddy
Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Kiran brings over 7 years of expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight. He is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with deep knowledge of SEBI, ROC, and other regulatory frameworks.
Prior to joining Raminfo, Kiran held key roles at IDFC First Bharat and Vaya Finserv, where he strengthened compliance frameworks and drove ethical business practices. His balanced approach to governance and business supports our mission of sustainable growth and stakeholder confidence.
