The project is to Study the existing requirements and Design, Development, Implementation, Operations Support of Online Billing System and User Training for Lucknow Electricity State Supply authority ( LESA ) using Java Technology with J2EE compatible.

There are 32 Billing/Collection Centers, 10 Divisional offices, 3 Circle offices and From CGM Office access this system. There are 3-4 nodes per location. At a time there are more than 100 persons/officers will access the central database and day-to-day operations. On an average around 8-10 thousand bills will get generated everyday through this system
