APTDC portal development includes Home Pages, supported pages, User Registration, Email Listing, File Uploading, Grievance and Redressal Management and content management systems. Web Reservation consists of Online Tour Reservation, Agents Management System, Accommodation Booking, Taxes, and Payment Gateway Integration. Transport Management System consists of Maintenance of vehicles, Traffic, Security, Accounts, Administration, Insurance and Accidents of vehicles history. HRMS consists of employee management and pay roll processing systems.
Hotel Management System consists of Front Office Management, Food & Beverage Management, Banquet Management, House Keeping Management. Financial Management System covers general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables, recording the unit activities, divisional entries, corporate office entries, generating all types of financial statements. |
