Objectives

	To integrate horizontally the government departments.
	To make available summary information at district / state level there by vertical integration is achieved.
	Facilitate citizen services delivery at the mandal and village level.
	Use of Information Technology as the tool to achieve the above said objectives.

Features

The highlight of this project is that all services are delivered online to Consumer / Citizens by connecting to the respective government departments and providing online information at the lowest level of governance i.e. mandal / village level.

This project generates employment at the village level for operating kiosks.

Deployment

The software is deployed in n-tier environment; each tier being physically located in different places.

At the village level kiosks are provided for the citizen services and hand held computers are given to the village assistants for information capture and updation to the respective departments.
