The eSuvidha is an eGovernance project for Lucknow city of Uttar Pradesh State Government. This project offers Citizen Services viz: LESA, BSNL. This project is operated on BOOT financial model.

The objective of eSuvidha is "To Provide selected services and information of departments and agencies of State and Central Governments, as well as, non-government agencies in an efficient, reliable, transparent and integrated manner on a sustained basis through an easy access to a chain of computerized Integrated Citizen Service Centers (ICSC's) to the citizens of Uttar Pradesh."
