The Software Developer should provide and develop technical solutions as well as interface capabilities
for the fraud analytics working with predictive models. |

They must collaborate with other team
members and various stakeholders to define customer requirements and system interfaces,
assess available technologies, and develop and present solutions. |

Responsibilities include: Translating business requirements and specifications into a functional design and coding logic to enable business functions while adhering to the project design
considerations and templates; working with key stakeholders and internal teams to clarify
requirements, review and obtain approval of final deliverables; working with quality assurance
teams to correct product defects in a timely manner ; ensure adherence to the defined delivery
process; keep management informed as to individual status. |

Code proficiently in the key programming languages and develop technical skills in additional

| Qualifications: |
|
 |
3-5 years applicable experience in insurance-industry, information technology or analytics projects. |
 |
Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science. |
 |
Critical technical skills include: Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Rules (working with tools like FairIsaac, Cognos). |
 |
Desirable skills include: Reporting architecture and development. |
 |
Ability to work on individual projects with minimal assistance from the client while collaborating with LN-internal technology and functional SMEs. |
 |
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. |
 |
Ability to work and communicate with business users, product and project managers. |
 |
