The Solution reviews proposed IT Project Business requirements and providing a timely response to identify solution options, including costs and timelines. The Business Analyst leads, plans and directs analysis of Business and solution opportunities to be solved within Solution Desk processes. The Business Analyst must be a self starter and self sufficient requiring minimal supervision of day to day issue tracking & resolution. The ideal Business Analyst will posses a unique blend of technical, Business, and people skills. The Business Analyst provides Solution Desk support for a multitude of information technologies, applications and services used by Business Units and Administrative functions across the company. Should have good understanding from uability perspective of various processes involved in field operations, data workflow and products used in day to day operations in upstream.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be a BE / B Tech / M.C.A having 4 to 6 Years of experience
IT Functional Consulting – Should be Responsible for providing the domain expertise that they have gained through extensive experience by working in a respective industry.
Ensure that requirements adequately represent the Business needs
The role will involve providing consulting and advisory services to clients in the respective domain.
Should be responsible for understanding the clients Business and assisting the technology
team in developing products/services which cater to the Business requirements of the company/industry.
Should focus on one technology solution area, providing enterprise wide perspectives and acting as a point of contact between various vendors in determining product viability and strategic direction.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with vendors, ensuring that product implementation and integration will meet implicit and explicit quality factors and speaking at conferences in their subject area.
Should also be responsible for Project Management at client’s place.
Document meeting minutes, next steps and action items for assigned initiatives
Follow up and report on assigned initiative next steps
Presenting ideas in a focused and concise manner.
Very good analysis and problem solving skills.
Demonstration ability to effectively work both independently and within cross functional project teams.
Area of expertise: Exp in Municipal Applications is Preferred.
